Your Real Estate Website has the tools to allow you to keep your site and listings "cutting edge" and current.

You can create/modify listings in REAL TIME, update pricings, and even post photographs and descriptions of the properties directly from your own PC.

Not only can viewer contact you thru your website, but they can sign up for optional newsletters and/or items of interest that you may wish to distribute.

Administration

You will have a private website with password protection for you and your staff that will allow you to:

• Create/Delete/Change Listings
• Add/Remove/Change Photographs
• Review & Manage User List Signups
• Send Newsletters and Hot Topics to Users that have signed up.

Listings

You control the listings visible on your website from your local PC's desktop. You may turn them on/off, remove/create, and change any attribut, text or photograph of any listing at any time.

Your listings may be organized by price, type, geographical locale, or any variable that you feel is appropriate.

Photographs

Up to 7 Photographs per Listing!!

Each listing may include a thumbnail or small photograph in the main listings as an eye-catcher.

Additionally, each isting may have up to 6 additional photographs with descriptions for use showing side, rear, or inside views of the listing.

User Mail List

OPT-IN Mail List for the Viewers!!

Viewers that wish to be kept informed of News and/or latest developments may add their name to and OPT-IN Mail/News List feature. (They can remove themselves at any time.)

You can send text newsletters and updated information to all registered users via a single entry form.

User Contact Form

Get the infromation YOU need!!

When viewers contact you, the custom contact from on your stie will determine what infromation then can and/or must provide.

Ex: if you absolutely need to know their telephone number, that will be a required field. It's YOUR choice.

It's important that viewer identify with your site and company. What better way than having E-mail accounts with your Website Name (domain)?

Your Real Estate Website come standard with up to 50 E-Mail accounts and an unlimited number of aliases (great for accounts like: sales@YourWebSite.com)

Your website comes with a standard 500MB of storage. A typical photograph for display on the web is about 50kb. This means you can easily store over 10,000 listing picturs with room to spare!!

Web Statistics

How Many Hits? Who visites your site?

Updated daily, you will be able to see how much traffic visits your site and from where.

Even learn when the busiest part of the day is and who referred the viewers to your site.
